Writing as an intervention in the seemingly clear facts, as a recourse to the unsaid. Writing as an attack on abuse. As a rotation of the handle. As the epitome of a lucky find? Students of Language Arts use writing to approach the somnambulant Sleeping Beauty from Jelinek’s Princess Plays. The reinterpretation of Sleeping Beauty as a drone, an overheard threat and its silently whizzing approach—the associations create a space for rewriting the text on body texts and carrying it further for the (reading) stage.
