“Limitations and Ubiquity of Sight / Side / Site #5” is the title of an installation developed by students of the seminar “Private Matter.” The work discusses transitions from thought to action, from the private to the public, as well as spatial and social transformations in the context of the political. In what ways are the boundaries of the private and the public connected? Can we think of narratives beyond a binary construction? What places, what relationships do we imagine? And how can we, in this context, rethink the university as a public institution?
