Dialogue is an incomprehensible classic. Splatter shows us that bodies are not fixed. The similarity of our bodies does not provide a basis for a successful conversation. Splatter causes what appears to be whole to lose legs. Only there’s also the similarity of skeletons. Only there’s also essentialism. The severed leg understands this well. Violence is not to be seen as the opposite of beauty. This is what the hand understands while performing a gesture. One that the other hand doesn’t understand.
