Large-scale arms deliveries to Saudi Arabia, but not to Ukraine "for reasons of neutrality"? A performance that tries to connect several questions: Where in the body can traces of neglect, irresponsibility, and guilt be found? How do institutional linguistic conventions hypnotize? And can such a search for traces be made productive in order to find tangible terms that can still physically do something to the concept of this country?
