Worldwide, governments in the past decades established digital services in a vast variety. We want to critically explore the impact of digitalization on the public sector, its potential benefits and challenges. Governments use algorithms to quantify people, creating frameworks to make decisions, laws and interventions. They portray a curated perspective of reality. We question: What does my identity mean in the face of governance? When do we trust our government? And, how can we co-create governance?
