Public space belongs to everyone: freely accessible, inclusive, and created in a careful handling of people and resources. The participatory revitalization of Fritzi-Massary-Park in the 2nd district, which until recently has been nameless, demonstrates a sustainable approach to a materially, socially, and economically sustainable common space. The project pools the knowledge of the many, strengthens neighborhood networks, promotes community activation, and sets an example for a circular economy through the use of discarded city resources. Come, have a look, and let yourself be convinced! Freely accessible at all times • Group picnic in the park in the presence of the project team on 06/30/2022 at 5:30 p.m. • stadtaufmoebeln.uni-ak.ac.at
