Themes such as post-humanism, ecology and the examination of digital and analog materialities link the diplomas, which are critical positions in the Anthropocene between art, design and a research-based practice. Isabelle Orsini und Rosenberg, “Transit” Where the gaze meets light in a tangibly close dream, a creature emerges — a silhouette shaped like the undulating landscape itself, blurring the boundaries between form and terrain. „Transit" unites solid soil with the echo of home, inviting viewers to lose themselves in an enigmatic escape from the confines of reality. Matthias Schöllhorn, “Infinite Forest” The experimental short film “Infinite Forest” shows both the beauty and the brutal destruction of forests in a digital aesthetic. The polarity of nature with all its contradictions and dimensions is shown based on scientific 3D scan data. This video work opens up a new perspective on the eternal cycle of nature accompanied by ambient sound design.
