Duckspeak, Sebastian Lou, 2024

The Department of Design and Narrative Media presents diplomas for the summer semester 2024 Lisa Leitgeb: fml.cc “fml.cc” (female cycling collective) aims to destroy the dominant, male cycling culture and break down existing norms and prejudices. Through group rides, workshops and an open platform, the aim is to build a community based on shared values, experiences and passion. Mirjam Lingitz: Never One Fed up with the world, a disillusioned teenager decides to leave society behind and flee into the woods. But as it turns out, even in the non-human world it's not so easy to find community. Sebastian Lou: Duckspeak On their path to enlightenment, the peoples of the tower have lost sight of their vision. Instead of communicating constructively, they'd rather talk over each other, argue or isolate themselves. The duck couldn't be more fed up, but a huge casserole promises casseroles and other delicacies. A remedy for their hunger seems so close at hand.
