In order to mediate 'applied perspectives' of research-oriented practice in art and science, the Space for Research presents the diverse projects of the Angewandte at a central location of the university. What is research from, with and through the applied arts - what can emerge from artistic and scientific research and the forms of transition developed from it and be understood anew? We share research practice, up close and in real time. We invite you into the space for research and show research at the Angewandte. Manifestations in the form of artefacts, objects, materials as well as in the form of media that document projects. Positions are brought into dialogue with and in relation to each other on different levels. Supported by Support Art and Research, artistic and scientific objects that reflect and/or document projects are shown in the ‘Space for Research’.
