Does overstimulation affect the perception of an exhibition space? Which expectations arise for this space when reality and fiction are visibly blurred in the digital realm? Every user is a performer! The quest for attention culminates in “sludge content”: when content is mixed in a split-screen. What initially seems like a cluster of references to pop culture and digitality can be described as a defiant curatorial strategy - 'sludge-curating.'
